The Further Education and Skills Inspection Toolkit is used by inspectors to focus on the impact of the systems and processes that leaders use to support the continuous improvement and running of the organisation.
At this helpful seminar we will provide guidance to Senior Leaders, Quality Managers and the Nominee on how the Further Education and Skills Toolkit could be used:
- in the production of the Self Assessment Report and pre-inspection position papers.
- to present more compelling evidence to inspectors during inspection and at the end-of-day reflection meetings.
- to help to prepare staff for inspection and their engagement with inspectors.
The seminar will cover in more detail the topics considered in our ‘Nominee’ and ‘Preparing for Inspection’ seminars and will help leaders to further strengthen their self evaluation and continuous improvement arrangements.
